Here are videos that were used in corporate training. Training is offered online using an LMS system called, Brainier. Modules range from soft skills and motivation, to safety training or compliance issues.
This video was used as an introduction into the Ride Fence Module. Using footage of the CEO and President of Bone Dry, and other moments I captured at our locations in Indianapolis and Louisville, I created an exciting introduction to the definition and concept of managing by Riding the Fence. The narration was created using Artificial Intelligence.
This is the closing video in the Ride Fence module. To wrap up the concepts introduced throughout the module. The narration was generated through Artificial Intelligence.
This video was created to generate interest and excitement to the second session of the Leadership Training. Using the theme of Performance Excellence and the charge to create an atmosphere where everyone is important, the stars and headshots included most everyone in the company.
This short video was the first video slide in the module introducing the concept of that every point of contact with the customer and each other speaks volumes whether you intend it to or not. This video was written, filmed, audio captured, edited and narrated by Jim Peterson.
Again, this is one of the slides from the Everything Speaks module. Using people from the company as actors, proved to be quite a challenge as a director. For non-actors, their performance is pretty believable.
This video has no audio. The narration is in the module. When the participant chooses the correct answers, this video plays to reinforce the concepts and to show what could go wrong in a different version.
